Advanced Users and Call Center users have access to the LineOne User Portal. From this portal, users can access many of the LineOne features.

Portal Features

  • Access voicemail messages
  • Review call history
  • Access call recordings. Calls are recorded and stored for up to 30 days. Longer retention options are available upon request.
  • Store personal contacts and one-touch dial from the portal
  • Manage audio conference bridges. (Conference Bridge is an additional service)
  • Forward calls and set custom time frames and answering rules
  • Send faxes (The ability to receive faxes can be added as an additional feature)
