Voicemail is available to all LineOne users. Voicemail messages can be accessed from any LineOne phone or remotely via a dial-in number.
Visual Voicemail is available to Advanced Users and Call Center users. Visual Voicemail allows users to access a list of their messages from the LineOne User Portal or LineOne Mobile App.
Voicemail to Email
Voicemail to Email is available to Advanced Users and Call Center users. Voicemail to Email allows Voicemail messages to be delivered to a user’s email address. The email will include details about the call, such as caller ID and the time and date of the call. It will also include an audio file attached to the email for easy playback.
Voicemail Transcription is available to Advanced Users and Call Center users. Voicemail Transcription is used in conjunction with Voicemail to Email. The Voicemail message will be transcribed and included in the body of the email
