Advanced Users and Call Center users have access to the LineOne User Portal. From this portal, users can access many of the LineOne features.
- Access voicemail messages
- Review call history
- Access call recordings. Calls are recorded and stored for up to 30 days. Longer retention options are available upon request.
- Store personal contacts and one-touch dial from the portal
- Manage audio conference bridges. (Conference Bridge is an additional service)
- Forward calls and set custom time frames and answering rules
- Send faxes (The ability to receive faxes can be added as an additional feature)
